Mr. Shrestha completed Master Degree in Economics from Rohilkhand University,India and Bachelor Degree in Education from the Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He has more than 25 years’ experience in the field of Financial Management with experience in public sector planning, budgeting, operation, financial reporting, internal auditing experience and more than 20 years’ experience in Public Procurement Management. He is a master trainer in Procurement management and has experience of developing training package, module, training schedule and conducting training on Procurement Management.He has served as aprocurement expert in the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, JICA, USAID and DfID funded projects
